Is there really no per-member fee?

Really. Whether you have 50 members or 5,000, your monthly price stays the same. We believe growth should be celebrated, not taxed.

What about transaction fees on payments?

We charge 0% platform fee. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢). Many competitors add an extra 0.5%–2% on top of that—we don't.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.

Is there a setup fee?

Nope. $0 to get started. During the Founders Stage, you get free access for up to 10 members with all features.

What happens when I exceed 10 members?

You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your account stays fully functional—no data is deleted. Founding Partners who join during the Founders Stage get special pricing locked in forever.

What does "locked forever" mean?

When you become a Founding Partner during our Founders Stage, your monthly rate stays the same even after we raise prices at public launch. This is our thank-you for believing in us early.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Yes! Verified 501(c)(3) organizations receive 20% off any plan. Contact us after signup to apply.
